Please return the option to utilize "Quick Lookup" in conjuction with "Confirm Auto Add". This feature was available prior to 2014.1. Since that upgrade, we can only use Quick Lookup (the ability to key in the first few characters and have the software auto fill the remainder from the Smartlist Manager) in conjuction with "Restrict entry to list". This is awkward, especially for vendors, since one wouldn't necessarily know a vendor needs to be added until one is adding the new asset. Now we have to halt everything, go into the Smartlist Manager, add the new vendor, then return to complete the asset addition.
