I created a group based upon a customized field. The customized field can only have the following options: Y, N or blank. I wanted the group to be based on the condition [Customized field] DOES NOT CONTAIN Y. The system does not allow for that, and returned no results. When I spoke to your representative, they indicated DOES NOT CONTAIN can only be used for two characters or more, not a single character like Y or N. So instead of having one condition, I had to create two conditions: [customized field] IS blank and [customized field] IS N. Though this workaround works, it is inefficient. It requires the use of two conditions instead of one. The original logic should work, and should not be limited to multiple characters.
