Import Transaction helper

Currently, when importing transactions into multiple projects at the same time, the Project Name must be in the user's spreadsheet for each row, to find the correct project.

Would prefer to use Project Code instead, as it is unique, shorter. and easier. Ideally, the helper would provide an option for which to use. For most companies, this would correlate to their CAPEX number already in use by the company
