Now that more customers deal with the need to utilize and track the ADS life in more detail where they either need to change existing books or create a new one it is important that the ADS life change is tracked in the History log.
If the ADS life is changed from the default and the asset does have depreciation in other books depending on the answers to the critical field change questions it can have an adverse effect on those other books. As it is currently not tracked customers at times calls in and are frustrated and do not know for sure what caused one book that was not changed directly to have depreciation numbers change.
I think this would be a good thing to consider adding to the history log for audit purposes so there is no question on who has done what.
