It would be helpful to be able to select date formats - MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY. This is generally not as concerning selecting the currency symbol because in many cases, there is only one valid date there, but before the 12th of the month, there's always confusion as to whether 01/02 means January 2nd or February 1st.
