When opening the detail view of a line item, the user sees a sea of grey. I recommend light pastel colors for each of the 3 tabs. For example, maybe a light pink for the Line Item Information, a light green for the Transactions, and a light blue for the Asset Information.
Likewise, when opening the Edit Project dialog window, the 3 tabs blend again into a sea of grey. I recommend color coding the 3 tabs. For example, use a light green for the Financial Information tab, and maybe a light yellow for the Contact Information tab.
