1st request:
As a tax accountant using the software, I need the ability to run multiple reports (including Tax) at a time and print to one PDF file. This will save me time and allow me to complete my tasks faster.
2nd request:
The Tax Department has ownership of FAS – for federal tax calcs and reporting (along with State and ADS). At year-end, we have to go into each company (1 at a time) and run the 4562 and 4797. Now that each company can be set up to include the EIN, that shouldn’t matter when it comes to globally running the forms. In addition, all entities report up to one company, so we don’t have any different settings to select when running the forms. We simply just run the form at year end, Active Assets, Tax book across all entities.
