Integrate with Automated Rental Management (ARM) in Sage 100

Functionality desired:

  1. Display Current Thru Date, Cost and NBV (Net Book Value) fields for a designated book and asset into ARM UI

    1. Status of asset (disposed, active)

    2. What if transferred in SFA ?

  2. Update the 'Warehouse' field in SFA if changed in ARM, and vice versa

    1. Update from ARM to SFA: Use our SFA API

    2. Update from SFA to ARM: need to talk with Hugo et al - this would take changes on SFA side

  3. Fields needed - up to 30 characters each:

    1. Sage 100 Item #

    2. Warehouse Code

    3. Sage 100 cost-tier Ref #

  4. Asset disposals - can / should they be able to record disposal info in ARM and send info to SFA?

    1. Our API supports them performing a whole disposal (or partial). With validations. ProServe uses it - may be good to contact

Implementation options:

Use API to pull asset depreciation #'s - ARM needs to add functionality to choose the SFA DB and Company ID (i.e. Map the company one time - including General Info Fields to be used and the Book to be used for the Depreciation info). Our API allows them to see the customized field name.
