Allow me to turn off the “company will be closed...” message

User Story: As a user who changes companies often, I would like to disable the "The current company must be closed..." messages, to save time and a click.

Audit Trail of Administration or Security Changes

For example, changes to users, profiles, assignments of users to profiles. Sage Fixed Assets maintains excellent history on assets, but there is nothing that tracks changes to security.
