When exporting a report, have the file type default to your last choice

When exporting a report we almost always use the same file type - but it always defaults to Crystal and has to be changed. When doing a lot of reports at year end this gets a bit annoying.

Premier: GTM Batch reports for customized reports and Tax Reports like 4562 and 4797
